§1 general conditions
Company Naviz arranges rooms exclusively private housings (Heuser) apartments, apartments. Objects of landlords are picked up gratuitously into our intercession pool and are offered to the prospect with inquiries. §2 rights and obligations of the landlord
The landlord is not tied with Naviz. He/it can let still led his/its housings at the other intercession agencies. Landlord commits himself the times, however, where he/it cannot put his/its premises by telephone Naviz to disposal (z.b illness, vacation or booking through other agency) instantaneously or, to report per e-mail, about double booking to yours, to avoid, weighs. The alteration of the bed-linen and towels, at least every 3 days as well as enough preparing to the independent alteration, in any case however with tenant change. The clean and perfect transfer of the housing and the regular cleaning of the premises. , To standard-moderate, provision of the rooms belongs:  a stable bed, wardrobe, table, seat. Own agreements between landlords and tenants are possible, z.B internet utilization, tenant doesn't wish any breakfast u.s.w.

§3 pays of the housing and commission
We offer the private objects at the price fixed by landlord plus the commission. The guest pays the entire booking amount at the arrival at landlords. The commission calculated by us of 20 percent is from the landlord within 7 days after departure of the guests at:  Natalia Zwezich, account number 246895203, A.B.A. NUMBER 20010020, post bank Hamburg, IBAN (DE6420010020) under statement of the number of entry and name of the tenant to transfer. In exceptions, for example on express wish of the guest, credit card payment or for reasons of the booking security, the payment can take place over Naviz. Upon payment, the total rent becomes over us, minus commission of 20 percent) from us at the landlord transferred.

§4 notices of termination and decrease of the rent
The tenant is justifiable to the termination of the booked housing. This must in writing, letter, fax, e-mail, opposite us takes place. Our cancellation periods are:  On the arrival day 80 percent, 1 to 3 days before arrival 75 percent, 4 to 8 days before arrival 50 percent, 9 to 27 days before arrival 25 percent, until at least however 10 percent 28 days before arrival, 50 €. The tenant is moreover justifiable to the termination or to decrease of the rent provided the landlord doesn't comply with his/its duties or his/its statements were objectively wrong to the housing.

§5 adhesions
We are mediators merely and are especially not liable for damages, that are inflicted the landlord or from the landlord the tenant by the tenant. Damage claims are opposite the cause, tenants as well as Landlords, to boast, immediately.

§6 court estates
Court stand is in Germany for both covenantor Hannover.

§1 ranges

The offer is certain exclusively for the stated addressee and cannot be passed on to third parties without our written approval.

§2 bookings

Furthermore, you is given to the address of your housing known.

§3 pays
At bookings under 2 days, we calculate 20 €  Shortly booking expenditure..
The payment of the total takes place directly in normally at arrival or departure with the landlord.
On wish, the payment can also be handled directly over us.

§4 performances
The scope of the arranged performances results from the sent offer.
We keep changes for organizational reasons, that become necessary according to close of escrow, for ourselves before. An extraordinary cancellation privilege is entitled them/you with an unreasonable change, about which you immediately are informed by us.

§5 rescissions
You/they have the right anytime to resign from a reservation, however they of us must be settled services provided and the rental loss originated the landlord until this time.
The costs for a cancellation stagger like follows:

On the arrival day 80 percent of the arranged total.
1-3 days arrival day ago 75 percent of the arranged total.
4-8 days arrival day ago 50 percent of the arranged total.

§6 decreases
You/they are the landlord of a tenant to the price decrease opposite justifiable provided the landlord doesn't comply with his/its obligations or the rental property is not found in the stated condition.

§7 compensations
If the booked housing should not be usable at arrival, the landlord is indebted direct opposite you to the procurement of a substitute at own cost. However, the costs cannot exceed the arranged rent. Additional costs are to be carried from the tenant.

§8 intercession refuges
You/they commit yourself as a tenant to enter no direct contracts with the landlord of the housing mediated by us at any time. If the landlord is known already from other sources for you, this is unhesitating for us to tell by mail, the housing is valid otherwise as mediates from us.

§9 exclusions of liability
Naviz is in no way liable for direct or indirect material or immaterial damage of the tenant provided this is not covered by an insurance. For damages or theft of property in the mediated apartments is liable, if at all, the landlord as well as his/its insurance.

§10 places of jurisdiction
Jurisdiction is Hanover in Germany exclusively. With the mediation, exclusively German not-European right comes to the application, international deviations of the established law cannot be taken into account by us.
